This session will center on procurement, from navigating trade accounts to developing vendor relationships to commissioning custom pieces that set your work apart. We’ll share the backend systems our studio relies on to stay organized, and how to plan for installs early on, even in years-long projects. Whether designing a project locally or from a distance, this session will provide the framework to effectively manage construction, including contractor relationships, documentation deliverables, and project site management.
